The heart of B-spoke is Leticia Torres. She is certified in Neurolanguage Coaching®, a graduate in Literature Theory and Comparative Literature at Complutense University Madrid, and also an actress and scriptwriter.

Language has always been her passion, and she strongly believes in its potential when connected to emotional intelligence, coaching, and neuroscience. Over the years, her training has focused on personalized accompaniment, guiding people and teams to achieve success through language in both their personal and professional lives.

Her experience as an actress and her interest in psychology have given her valuable tools to accompany each person in their development and help them grow their expressive abilities. She is highly empathetic and passionate about communication.

She loves bringing creativity and humour to learning, transforming what may seem dense or difficult into an inspiring and enjoyable experience. She deeply believes that tailor-made lessons, adapted to each client’s strengths, weaknesses, and goals, offer guaranteed results.
